Cancellation
If you need to cancel your order prior to it being shipped, please contact us as early as possible. We will not be able to help you if the order has already been shipped. An exchange or return will always be possible.
Return policy
Customer satisfaction is our top priority. If you do not like the item for any reason, feel free to return it within 30 days. Please contact us prior to your return. We will offer a full refund. However, we will not be able to pay for return shipping.

If your Python piezo bender doesn’t perform, we will repair or replace it for free. You don’t need proof of ownership or a warranty card, and there’s no time limit. We do this because we believe in superior quality and reliability of Python™.
+ Cooling fan five-year warranty
Bimitech cooling fan products which include Hummingbird™ are warrantied against failure for five-years from the date of purchase. If the product is found to be failed Bimitech Inc. will repair or replace it free of charge, within that five-year period. Proof of purchase may be required to verify warranty.
